1. New customer is OBLIGATED to pay an installation fee and first-month subscription fee in advance according to subscribed package (Subscription fee includes 10% VAT). New installation fee differs according to subscription package and additional devices (if any) based on customer needs and will be stated in the first invoice. PT Widya Intersat Nusantara ( PT WIN) has a full right to the new installation fee and it is non-refundable.
2. All devices installed in the customer's location are considered as RENTED and FULLY owned by PT WIN in order to reinforce IP1 services and become the responsibility of the customer.
3. In the event of force majeure causing technical disruption or damage on the device owned by PT WIN that installed in the customer location, for instance: get struck by lightning, storm, or heavy rain, then the device will be replaced by returning the damaged device as evidence.
4. If its is proven that technical disruption, damage, or loss to a device installed in the customer's location is due to negligence or misuse of the customer, then the customer is obligated to pay a compensation of 2 (two) times the value of the device. PT WIN will replace with a new device by returning the damaged device as evidence and after the payment for compensation is settled by the customer.
5. PT. WIN does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted or error free. PT WIN does not responsible for the quality of public telecommunication infrastructures, internet backbone, equipment needed for the service and other circumstances beyond PT WIN's control. PT WIN does not responsible for customer losses arising from disruptions from services caused by natural disaster, fire, sabotage, war, and other circumstances due to changes in government policies that regulate operating environment of PT WIN.
6. Payment can be done using Bank transfer or in cash. For payment made by Bank transfer, customer is OBLIGATED to provide the proof of payment through Email or Whatsapp. For payment made by cash, customer is OBLIGATED to pay directly at our branch office by showing the invoice received by E-mail. Cash payment can be done every Monday to Friday start from 09.00 until 17.30. Every changes in the payment mode is MANDATORY notified to PT WIN through E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp to 08114455808 before the due date ends.
7. If customer wants to migrate the Service Package (Upgrade or Downgrade), customer MUST notify PT WIN 1 (one) month in advance through E-mail to email@example.com or Whatsapp to 08114455808 to ease the administration process and technical process.
8. Customer will be subject for a fine when they exceed the payment due. The fine is 1% of the price of the subscription package per day. PT WIN has the right to unilaterally discontinue the subscription if customer fails to make a payment at a specified time. Customers will be given a warning via E-mail and other communication media (phone call, SMS or Whatsapp).
9. Customers who terminate the subscription contract before 12 (twelve) months contract period ends MUST pay the remaining bills on subscription contract in full.
10. All information given in the subscription form is true. Customer agrees with subscriptions' terms and conditions of PT WIN and willing to abide to the contract for a minimum 12 months with all the sanctions and binding legal provisions. Subscription Form will also be used as data source in issuing invoice.
